New Bugatti Veyrons Top Speed is 435 Kmph
If 400 kmph was not sufficient the world’s most amazing supercar Bugatti Veyron will inaugurate a new edition which can hit 435 kmph. The brand’s parent company, Volkswagen, has given green signal to construct much lighter and faster edition of Bugatti Veyron. But the next Veyron will look different and will take some inspiration from the primary Veyron idea by Walter de Silva, now head of design at VW Group, from way back in 1999. That design was never exposed to the public, with another Veyron concept by Hartmut Warkuss, the 18/4, beating it to the punch at the 1999 Tokyo motor show.

Under the hood, Bugatti is likely to attach with the existing quad-turbo 8.0-litre W16 engine and seven-speed twin-clutch gearbox, both tweaked for efficiency. Considering that the present car churns out 596g/km of CO2, though, it is unlikely to win any green awards. Output will also likely be similar to the present Super Sport – 1,200 bhp (895 kW / 1217 PS) and 1,500 Nm of torque. Expect a scorching 0-100 kmph time of less than 2.5 seconds and a new record-setting top velocity of 434.52 kmph (270 mph). Bugatti will be summoning the help of sister product Lamborghini to stay the Veyron’s weight to around 1,838 kg (4,052 lbs). It will use carbon-composite equipment for its monocoque chassis and much of its cabin trim. The next Veyron will also come with thinner glass and with lighter alloy wheels to reduced overall weight by about 100 kg (220 lbs) over its predecessor. The new Veyron will debut sometime in 2013 and will go on sale the following year with prices over £1 million (€1.2 million).
Bugatti: Working on Sedan based on Audi A8
According to German publication “Spiegel Online” Bugatti is working on a new Sedan based on the new Audi A8. The report is claiming that the Volkswagen board has decided that Bugatti will stop building sportscars in 2014 and instead will introduce a sedan based on the new Audi A8 in order to achieve higher production numbers.

Beyonce Knowles has bought her husband Jay Z the world fastest road car
Beyonce Knowles has bought her husband Jay-Z the world’s fastest road car. The ‘Crazy In Love’ singer treated her rap star partner to a $2.6 million Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport car for his 41st birthday, which was on December 4. Beyonce ordered the car a year ago since Bugatti puts a lot of attention to feature on every model it produces. “Obviously the cash isn’t a factor for Beyonce, but he will be touched that out of everything she could have bought him, she chose something he’ll treasure for years,” reported British newspaper The Sun.

“Jay-Z has one of the most desirable collections of bling cars in the world - but even for him the Bugatti is special,” a source told British newspaper. Jay-Z - who is an ambassador for American motor giant GMC - already owns a Maybach 62S, a Ferrari F430 Spider and a Pagani Zonda Roadster. But the Bugatti - which has attracted other personality clients such as Simon Cowell and Tom Cruise - could be the most impressive yet, with a maximum velocity of 255mph. Money is not a worry to Beyonce and Jay-Z, who were named the highest-earning couple in showbusiness previous year, earning over $100 million between them from June 2008 to June 2009.
Bugatti Launches in India
The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport is now on sale in India. Exclusive Motors, the importers for other VW-group brands like Bentley and Lamborghini will import the world's fastest convertible to the country. Only 150 will be made for buyers around the globe, and 40 of those have already been spoken for. No word from the company as to what the official pricing for the range of cars is yet. Exclusive Motors Private Limited today unveiled Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport, the fastest, most powerful and most expensive street-legal full production car in the world, at the Exclusive Motors Showroom in New Delhi.
The Bugatti Veyron debuts in India with its 16.4 Grand Sport. The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport combines state-of-the-art technology and the beauty of a convertible. Grand Sport’s engine, drive, and brakes all deliver superlatives in performance, acceleration, and deceleration. The choice of materials is another indicator of Bugatti’s discerning standards: titanium, carbon fibre, magnesium, aluminium – each component is made of the material with the lowest weight and the highest level of functionality. This is also true for the chassis safety features. The Grand Sport’s bodystucture consists of a carbon fibre monocoque suspended from an aluminium frame in the front and a carbon fibre/stainless steel frame in the rear. In assembly, too, perfection is the guiding principle: the Grand Sport is manufactured lovingly and meticulously by hand and is a statement of art. This guarantees that precise care is given even to the tiniest details.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Satya Bagla, Managing Director, Exclusive Motors said “We are pleased to launch Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport in India; the car is a modern statement of ultra luxury, speed and extraordinary style. We have introduced this car in the Indian market for the super premium luxury and sports car aficionados. We are thrilled with the launch of the Bugatti and are confident that the car will receive an overwhelming response from the customers of luxury. Present at the launch Mr. Julius Kruta, Head of Tradition, Bugatti Automobiles SAS said, “Indians have always been great car enthusiasts, they know a lot about cars, so we are sure that they will appreciate the uniqueness of this car.” India is furthermore a growing market for luxury and hence it was a conscious decision for us to launch Bugatti here. Our association with Exclusive Motors has been really rewarding and goes back a long way with as they are the Exclusive dealers for Bentley and Lamborghini in India, they were an obvious choice of partners considering their industry expertise. India is the hub of luxury, the country of the erstwhile Maharaja’s, who were the true patrons of bespoke luxury. We have, in the past received a heartening response from our valued customers and I think the launch of the Bugatti in India will truly delight our discerning audience”.
The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand sport is an optimum combination of rigidity and lightweight engineering. The B-pillars have been cross-stiffened using a carbon fibre support, and a central carbon plate has been positioned beneath the transmission tunnel to ensure the vehicle suffers from less torsional flexing than any other roadster. The model has been modified and the special feature added to this Bugatti is the removable roof. Bugatti Veyron 16.4 grand sport can reach the top speed of 407 km/h and speed of 360 km/h with the roof off. In case it rains, an innovative folding roof stored in the luggage compartment can be opened up like an umbrella at any time. When this folding roof is in place, the car can travel at up to 130 km/h.
The doors of the new Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport are made of carbon fibre, and house an integrated longitudinal beam. In the event of an accident, this transfers the load from the A to the B-pillar, thereby dissipating impact energy. Furthermore, the two redesigned air intakes for the 16-cylinder mid-engine now feature 10-centimetre wide carbon-fibre elements to offer protection in the event of a roll.
Along with moisture-resistant, backstitched leather, a range of new equipment features has been added to the interior of Bugatti Veyron 16.4 grand sport, including a reversing camera with 2.7-inch monitor integrated in the rear-view-mirror and the “Puccini” sound system with digital signal processor. Assembled by hand, at the company’s headquarters in Molsheim, Alsace, it will be limited to maximum 150 units; with the first 40 of these have gone exclusively to registered Bugatti customers.
