KTM disclosed two new XC-F models
KTM, the famous bike manufacturer recently disclosed two new models, KTM 250 XC-F and KTM 350 XC-F, to its audience and press at Cahuilla Creek MX Park. KTM To Launch 200cc Duke
The news about KTM launching a 125cc machine at around Rs. one lakhs really didn't excite biking enthusiasts in India and why would it when the company launching it sells mostly 220cc machine. However there is a twist in the tale with new information surfacing from KTM headquarters in Mattighofen, Austria. KTM Bikes India has announced that the beginner Duke for South America and Asia will sport a 200cc motor. This KTM Duke 200 will produce close to 22PS of power and weigh just 130kgs with WP suspension, steel subframe skeleton, alloy swingarm and sub-frames, 43mm upside down front forks and monoshock back suspension.
The reason why the KTM Duke sports a 125cc engine in the 1st place is due to Europe’s beginner bike laws. This is the sole reason why the Honda CBR125 and Yamaha R125 exist in the first place. The KTM Duke 200 is expected to cost around the Rs. one lakh price point, which is fantastic value for a KTM machine. Also the company intends to sell accessories for the bike from day one through its KTM PowerParts brand. Production of the bike commences in March, next year and Bajaj Auto’s plant in Chakan is the sole place where the bike will be manufactured and imported to Europe. Later on a 350cc KTM Duke will also be made, which will be launched in Europe and might make it to India too, depending on the demand of theKTM Duke 200.
KTM to launch more powerful Duke

The company after its KTM Duke 125 cc is making itself complete with a new and more powerful model of Duke i.e. KTM Duke 0.2 cc. The reason being for the company to think over this is the rising demand of bike enthusiasts for larger and more powerful engines. The company is flourishing well with its latest and most advanced products and with a view to maintain its position in the world bike market, the company plans to release its new Duke 0.2 cc.

The all new Duke 200 from the company is expected to generate a power of around 20 PS which is 5 PS more than what the KTM Duke 125 cc was to produce. Also the top speed to be attained by the bike is expected to be more than 100 km/h which is the present top speed of KTM Duke 125. As per the company officials statement, the new KTM Duke 200 is to show a little or no changes with designs but is to possess a weight of 130 kgs.
Also the news says that a large range of accessories would be made available to the customers with the launch of new bike from KTM. Being the bike is planned to be released in European market before it reaches the Indian market, it is to be tagged with a price of around Euro €4000 in Europe and the price for Indian market is yet not disclosed by the company. The ever shining bike manufacturer also discloses that the new bike is to completely get designed at the Bajaj's Chakkan plant and the prices for it would be kept competitive so as to attract the Indian customers as the Indian market is price conscious.

KTM Releases Avatar 125 Specs
KTM India has officially announced complete specifications and some pictures of the Duke 125. The KTM Duke 125 is powered by a four-valve, overhead cam, liquid-cooled motor producing 15.2 bhp at 10500 rpm and torque of 12 NM at 8000 rpm. The bike features a front tyre of 110/70X17 and a rear tyre of 150/60X17 and weighs just 128 kgs. Although there is no official confirmation on the pricing, the Avatar is expected to be priced around Rs. 1 lakh.

Yes, KTM plans to launch the 125cc machine with close to 20PS of power, whereas the international variant will make do with just 15PS. Later on, more powerful engines will make its way into the Avatar. The said engines will also find their way in the all new Pulsar which debuts early next year.
