Mercedes India also catapulted its growth through recording the greatest ever Feb sales. The luxury car manufacturer company has broken last year's sales figures for the month of Feb this year selling 662 units equally compare to 439 units it sold similar month in last year. It has registered a 51 percent from previous year. The record breaking numbers are mostly due to Mercedes C-Class sales.
The Mercedes C-Class experienced 110% growth in the sales alongwith 362 units (Jan 2010 = 172 units) although the flagship Mercedes E Class sold units 230 (Feb 2010 = 161 units). The SUV's also upped their own sales alongwith GL selling 23 units (Feb 2010=11) & the ML & R-Class selling a mixed figure of 27 units.
