2011 Honda Civic comes with an optional Sun Roof now
Honda Civic is due for a facelift anytime now with the Civic all set to be brought to the country. Arch competitor Toyota pulled off a quick one by shoehorning a diesel engine into the Corolla Altis’s engine bay on one hand and on the other with price cut of the Petrol Corolla Altis. This double edged move has seen the Corolla Altis selling more than three times than the Honda Civic, much to Honda SIEL’s chagrin.
To make sweeter the deal for prospective Civic customers and to also usher in new Civic buyers, the Honda Civic’s V version will come with an optional plant fitted electric sunroof with blue interior ambient lighting. Along with this, customers would also be able to opt for a few other dealer fitted extras like the rear sun curtain, illuminated side step beautify and rain protecting side door visorr at the choice of the Civic buyer. Now, whether this shift will actually put the wind back into the Civic’s sails is debatable, the Honda Civic loyalists might just find the sunroof a recent addition to still stand by the Civic.
