Suzuki launches new Grand Vitara 2.4 in Europe
Suzuki has launched a new top-of-the-range Grand Vitara in Europe. This new 4x4 SUV is once again powered by a 2.4-litre inline-four engine, which now incorporates a balancer shaft for smoother running and lower NVH levels.
Available in three- and five-door versions, the new Suzuki Grand Vitara comes with revised styling, updated interiors, 18-inch alloy wheels, High Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps, electrically-operated glass sun-roof, leather seats with front seat heating, rear privacy glass and in-dash 6-CD player with MP3 compatibility.
Moving up from the 2.0-litre inline-four (as fitted on the Grand Vitara that's sold in India), the new Grand Vitara gets a 169 horsepower, 2.4-litre engine, which makes full use of Suzuki's advanced technical and design features to deliver improved drivability.
