New Skoda Superb Launched!!
Skoda India has launched its latest luxury saloon Superb in the Indian market today.
The new generation Superb was launched at the Geneva Motor Show in 2008 and is based on VW Passat's platform.
The car has been initially launched with petrol engine fitted with direct fuel injection technology for superior response, fuel efficiency and lower emissions. The 1.8 Litre turbocharged petrol engine is good for 160 bhp of peak power at 4500-6200rpm and a healthy 250 nm of torque. It is mated to a 7-Speed DSG Tiptronic gearbox. It feature gearshift controls on the steering wheel.
