Bosch to supply braking systems for Tata Nano
Bosch Automotive Electronics India, a fully owned subsidiary of the Bosch group, has announced that it will set up operations near Sanand, in Gujarat, from where it will supply braking systems for the Tata Nano. Bosch's new unit in Gujarat is expected to be ready by the end of this year.
Bosch has also recently set up a manufacturing facility at Naganathapura, near Bangalore, from where it will be supplying electronic control units (ECUs) for fuel injection systems for the Nano.
