Tata Motors Launches Aria – Prices Not Announced

Tata Motors India has launched the much awaited MUV - Tata Aria. The Aria competes head on with the Toyota Innova and is much better in terms of design, styling, exterior, interiors and safety features. The Aria is a 7 seater multi utility vehicle and will feature the latest 2179cc DiCOR 4 valve DOHC diesel engine. Toyota Innova, amongst the most successful Crossovers has sold 132,045 units since its launch in 2005. Tata Aria is available in three variants: Aria Pleasure, Aria Prestige and Aria Pride. All the models of Tata Aria are equipped with disc brakes in all wheels plus comes with all time 4 wheel drive system. Both these features are first for a multi utility vehicle in this segment in Indian market. The Tata Aria is being made available, to begin with, in 25 cities through 69 dealerships. Tata has chosen best time for the launch of Tata Aria as Navratri have started from 7th October, 2010.

Price of Tata Aria - Not Disclosed at the Launch

Tata Motors India has not announced the prices of Tata Aria at the time of launch in Mumbai, though it is speculated that it is the most expensive vehicle from Tata's stable and the base model is priced around Rs. 13 lakhs and top of the line variant is priced around Rs. 16 lakhs.
